Our extensive formal training programs consist of varied activities that include instructor led classroom, field travel, vendor training, e-learning and certification programs. We offer our employees every possible education and training tool, whether it's geared toward improving current skills, developing new ones or exploring new career interests.

Our Sales Training program enforces the importance of sales skills development, market and territory readiness, and sales generating activities.

  • Every new Account Executive will complete a structured (paid) 12-week training program that is geared toward sales skills, database management; customer focused selling, software and product application skills and certifications.
  • Programs are taught by our local Corporate Sales Trainer as well as certified employees and industry experts.
  • You also have access to the extensive training resources of Xerox and our sister companies located throughout the U.S.
  • As new technologies become available, training will continue throughout your employment at Conway Office Solutions.

Conway is an Authorized Service Training Center for Xerox and an Authorized Training Partner for Konica-Minolta Business Solutions. Our Nashua facility houses an eleven-hundred square foot service training room along with a certified onsite trainer.

  • Formal product certification training in a classroom environment.
  • On the job shadowing with an experienced service technician.
  • Online Training modules for prerequisite and/or follow-up training.
  • Access to E-Learning and support sites.

Conway has partnered with local colleges like Southern New Hampshire University, UNH, and a few others to offer an exciting new opportunity for promising students.

Our Internship program is designed to provide aspiring sales professionals with a day-to-day experience of working as a sales representative in a world class organization. You will learn about emerging business technologies, time management, and acquire invaluable sales skills that will put you on a proven road map for a successful sales career.

Conway's Sales Internship program run during school breaks throughout the year at our corporate office in Nashua, NH.

  • Attend sales training classes with our dedicated sales trainer.
  • Accompany sales professionals in the field.
  • Online Training modules for prerequisite and/or follow-up training.
  • Learn basic prospecting techniques over the phone.
  • Have daily sessions with your dedicated sales manager
  • Have access to online courses with topics as diverse as Product Knowledge, Sales, and Project Management.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings.
  • Navigate our sales database and input competitive information.
