- Medical You have the choice of 3 plans with deductible options and service providers. Save on premium costs through Wellness and Tobacco-Free credits
- Dental Choose from PPO dental or DMO ( Massachusetts employees).

- Flexible Spending Plans You can allocate pretax dollars to a Health Care Account and/or Dependent Care Account.

You can contribute to a 401(k) plan through payroll deductions. Also, Conway will match your first 6% of contributions at 75% the first quarter after one year of service!

- Vacation accrues after 6 months of service
- Holidays There are 9 paid holidays each year, 7 that are pre-designated and two are personal choice days.
- Sick Time- You receive 5 sick days per calendar year
